We strive to provide quality candidates and professional services. We offer a replacement guarantee if a candidate does not meet performance expectations within the specified trial period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about positions and job requirements, maintain confidentiality of candidate information, and adhere to all employment laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by ESource Global remain our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ESource Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
